Our Aerial Classes are both fun and focused on your goals. You'll get stronger and more flexible while challenging yourself in a supportive, social environment. We believe in encouraging effort and positivity, both physically and mentally.

Fitness thats fun and different!

More than just a sport. Our Aerial Basics classes offer three different challenges: Tissu (Aerial Silks), Trapeze, and Aerial Hoop.

As well as learning the foundational skills in these three apparatus, our Aerial Basics class focuses on building you upper body strength, flexibility, and core conditioning.

No Experience Needed

All you need is determination and a positive attitude to start your aerial journey. Beginners join our Aerial Basics class to learn the basics and try out all three apparatus. After mastering the basics, you can focus on your favorite discipline.

Level Up and Specialise

Once you’ve conquered the foundational skills in our Aerial Basics class, it’s time to move on to a specialty of your choice - Tissu , Trapeze, or Aerial Hoop - if you can’t pick your favourite, you can attend multiple classes and become a master of all of them!

Classes for Everyone

We run Aerial Basics classes for Youth (9 – 16 years old), Adults (participants be at least 16).

But even younger students (5 – 8 years old) can learn Aerial skills by joining an Aerial Prep class, which is designed specifically for small people.
